It's a Jersey Shore thing

For those of you unfamiliar with the ever so classy MTV show Jersey Shore, just do a quick google search from under the rock in which you've been living. Otherwise you may be scared away from my blog forever after seeing my choice of wardrobe and hairdo.

On Saturday night one of our friends had a "Jersey Shore" themed birthday celebration. That meant orange faces, tall poofs, ed hardy, protein shakes, trucker hats, and pickles! Everyone dressed the part and even the food had clever names. There was "jacuzzi dip," "snooki cookies," and "chunky grenade bruschetta" to name a few. And we kept it classy with beer in a mini pool.

I always love a reason to dress up and I am all about the themed birthdays. It was such a fun night but I think I will be packing away the bronzer, orange is not my best color.
